Carrot Cake: A moist, flavorful and absolutely delicious cake that often sells out! It’s been requested and used for wedding cakes, it’s that good. With lots of fresh carrot, pineapple and coconut, this cake has it all. Filled and topped with a citrus cream cheese buttercream and finished with toasted coconut and toasted pecans, it’s spectacular!
Lemon Cake: Fresh lemon cake filled with lemon curd and whipped cream, covered in either tangy lemon buttercream or citrus whipped cream. Refreshing.
Lemon Raspberry Cake: A lemon cake filled with raspberry buttercream and lemon curd. Top with stabilized whipped cream, raspberry buttercream or citrus buttercream. Fresh raspberries garnish. Perfectly sweet and tart.
Coconut cream: Fresh coconut cake paired with an amazing coconut cream filling, coconut or white chocolate buttercream enhanced with toasted coconut dust. Y-U-M!
DBC: ‘Death by Chocolate’ Our baker’s exclusive 13-layer version, constructed with three different Chocolate Cakes, two Chocolate Mousses, Chocolate Ganache and Chocolate Meringue all coated in Chocolate Buttercream… DBC … SERIOUSLY CHOCOLATE
Sachertorte: The classic originates from the Hotel Sacher in Vienna. Two layers of chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and apricot filling. Covered in chocolate ganache which may be simply decorated or additionally topped with fondant or any buttercream.
Hazelnut with Raspberry: Four layers of Hazelnut Cake, two filled with Vanilla Custard and a touch of Raspberry Preserve with the center layers having a Chocolate Ganache-Coated Raspberry Meringue, finished with Hazelnut Buttercream. Decadent and Sophisticated.
